HANDLING TIME

We normally allow three days handling time, this will allow us to ensure that your item is in stock, if it is not, items will be made to order. While we try to achieve next day shipping, there are some times due to order volumes that this isn't able to be achieved, so we normally allow three days.  If you require the item urgently, please email us at kreativekookiecutterz@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate.

During sales or holiday periods, our three day handling time may be increased to up to 7 days from our warehouse.  

Please be aware that the Express Postage option does not reduce the handling time.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Kreative Kookie Cutterz charges for shipping are listed below. We normally ship via Australia Post.
 

Standard Parcel - $9.70

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders below $65. All orders above this amount will be eligible for free shipping. Items are posted from Sydney and depending on the location of the buyer, most parcels are delivered within 3-7 business days.

Express Parcel - $12.70

We offer flat rate Express shipping for all orders below $100. All orders above this amount will be eligible for free Express shipping. Items are posted from Sydney and depending on the location of the buyer, most parcels are delivered within 2-4 business days.

Express postage option is for quicker shipping times only. While we try our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible, the processing time may be increased during holiday periods.

Free postage

We offer free standard postage on orders over $65 and free Express shipping on orders over $100.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
As a guideline, Australia post normally allows 3-7 business days for standard parcel/untracked envelope. For Express parcels the guideline is approximately 2-4 business days. Please be advised that these times may be longer if items are being posted to a rural or remote area.

Due to the fact that all orders are posted from Sydney via Australia post, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates or times. Once your item has left our warehouse, we do not have any control over possible external issues that may occur. While we do our best to ensure that your items are delivered within a reasonable timeframe, there may be external issues that may result in your deliveries being received late. Kreative Kookie Cutterz are not liable for any late deliveries but we will assist you if possible.  Please order your items in advance to avoid any issues that may occur. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to United States of America, Canada, Europe, UK, Singapore, & New Zealand. If you require postage to other countries, please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

All orders above $150 will be given free international postage.

When will I receive my order?

The approximate delivery time set out by Australia Post, for standard post is between 10-15 business days (longer if outside of a major city or country).
